The space

The apartment has one queen bedroom and a bedroom with a twin daybed. One bathroom for all guests. A cozy living room as well as a dining area that can also be a workspace if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials needed to cook and enjoy a home cooked meal. The apartment is on the second floor of the main entrance, but all rooms are on one level. Steps lead you upstairs from the front door.

Guest access

Guests will have complete access to their specific apartment as this is a multi-unit home. The upstairs deck is for guests in this unit. The front porch area is for guests below.

Other things to note

This is a pet friendly unit, but we do have a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning. We ask our guests to please be honest with us and let us know what type of animal you are bringing with you, so we are aware and prepared for your pets accommodation. Free street parking is available.

The space is spacious and very homely. The bedrooms & living room has brand new carpeting. The living room has plenty of seating, TV and center table . New bathtub installed, kitchen appliances upgraded. New dinnerware set.
